Our condolences to our family. Our cousin Quanda will be dearly missed. I will cherish the good times we shared as cousin. Although Quanda lived far and near when you live in Philadelphia with us. I will hold on to those good memories. One great memory comes to mind when Ray aka Bean And I was in your wedding and everyone down South came up to Philadelphia to your wedding. Quanda you always had a welcoming smile and showed lots of love. You will for ever be in our hearts and minds.
Love Ray and Debra Rice 😢😢❤️❤️
