Virginia (Hodges) Taylor

Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia L. Taylor, age 59, will be conducted on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Seekwell Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Taylor passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Lexington Medical Center.  Born in Union County, she was the daughter of the late Philmore Hodges, Sr. and the late Marie Hunter Hodges.  Mrs. Taylor was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and Women's Home Aid Society #10.  She attended Union County Schools.

Surviving are her husband, Reverend Timothy Taylor of the home; daughter, Amanda (Idris) Livingston of Columbia, SC; two sisters, Thavolia Alice Hodges of Greenwood, SC; Rebecca Mae Hodges of Newberry, SC; one brother, Philmore Hodges, Jr. of Whitmire, SC; one grandchild, Makayla Henderson, other relatives and friends.
