Dear Sis. Baldwin & Family:
Our deepest sympathy is extended to your family during this very challenging time. We know how much you and Minister Baldwin loved each other and we understand the pain that you must be feeling due to his departure. We pray that you will find comfort in knowing that Minister Baldwin was saved and filled with God's precious Holy Spirit; therefore, his departure is not a loss but truly Heaven's gain. Minister Baldwin was a remarkable person and very committed to his calling. We pray that you will find comfort in the words of the Apostle Paul where he writes in 2nd Thessalonians 4:13-14 that we should not sorrow as others who have no hope when our loved ones transitions into the presence of God but that if we believe that Jesus died and rose again from the dead, then those who sleep in the Lord will God bring with Him. So, be encouraged and look to the Lord and remember that God never makes a mistake. We will pray for your continued strength and healing.

I pray for strength, understanding and peace for the Baldwin family, Ron will be missed greatly, he was truly a man of God and God's presence was shown by the way he lived his life! Our friendship was a brief one but one that I am proud to have had and will cherish it the rest of my life! For the short time I knew him I know he loved his family, he was big on that!
