Robert Lee Maybin

Mr. Robert Lee Maybin passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Prisma Health Richland.

Born in Newberry County, he was the son of the late Eugene Maybin and the late Carrie Mae Wilson Maybin.  Mr. Maybin was a member of New Enoree Baptist Church.  He retired from Bill Lominick Logging.

Mr. Maybin was predeceased by six brothers, Tommie Lee Maybin, Willie Maybin, Ray Maybin, Jay P. Maybin, Andrew Maybin and Freddie Maybin and a sister, Ellen Singleton.

Surviving are one daughter, Connie Gallman; sisters, Julia Mae Nelson and Magnolia Maybin; brothers, Joe (Donna) Maybin and James (Johnnie) Maybin all of Newberry, SC; Sister-in-Laws, Lillia Maybin and Jessie Maybin. Friend Tootsie Maybin; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 2:00 PM at New Enoree Baptist Church.The family ask that those attending practice social distancing.
