Mary Emma (Caughman) Sanders

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Caughman Sanders, age 54, will be conducted on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 12:00 PM at Little Beaverdam Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Werts Cemetery.

Mrs. Sanders passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.  Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Caughman and the late Elmira Kinard Caughman.  She was a member of Little Beaverdam Baptist Church where she was President of the Usher Board. She was employed with Valmont for several years.

Mrs. Sanders also known as "Em", had a loving and caring spirit.

Those who celebrate her life and cherish precious memories include her sisters, Tracey Houston and Pamela Caughman, adopted brother, William Pitts, devoted niece, Naquinta Pitts, nephews, Robert and Kendarious Houston; one uncle, Ronnie ( Virigina) Burton; three aunts, Debra Williams, Lois Williams, and Laura Kinard , a Devoted nephew, Eric Sanders; devoted cousins, Alicia Burton Carter and Victoria Burton; 3 sister-in-law, 2 brother-in-law and a host of loving cousins and friends. --
