Katie Mae (Saddler) Hunter

Mrs. Katie Mae Saddler Hunter, age 61, died on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at her home.

Mrs. Hunter was born in Newberry County, SC on September 18, 1959 to the late Robert Williams and the late Bessie Bell Phillip Saddler. 

She was a member of Trinity AME Church.

Mrs. Hunter was predeceased by her husband, Larry Gene Hunter; sisters, Daisy Syphertt and Roselee Saddler; and a brother, Raymond Watts; sister-in-law, Dorothy Watts

She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters, Angela Hunter-Lyons(Curtiss Lyons),  Kenyata Hunter and Stefaine Hunter;(Chris Phillips) two sons, Larry Hunter, Jr. and Keith Hunter( Deosha  Gallman), all of Newberry, SC; 8 grandchildren; sister, Kathy Saddler of Newberry, SC;  4 sisters-in-law; 12 brothers-in-law; 3 aunts; 4 uncles; devoted friend, Stacy Nash; and devoted nieces, Essie Rogers, Crystal Dandy and Deshra Counts and a host of many relatives and friends who will greatly miss her.
