Brian(BK/Huggie Bear) Keith Graham

Mr. Brian Keith Graham, affectionally known as “BK” or “Huggie Bear” of 2323 Holloway Street, Newberry, SC entered into eternal rest of Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Prisma Health North Greenville Hospital.  He was born in Newberry, SC on November 16, 1964 to the late Willie Marion Gallman, Sr and Mrs. Willie Pearl Graham Gallman.

He was educated in the Newberry County Public Schools System and a graduate of Newberry High School.

He worked for Newberry County Schools for over 20 years and was later employed in Health Care Services at Jesse Frank Hawkins Nursing Home.

Mr. Graham was a very outgoing and outspoken person.  He loved to listen to others and enjoyed helping others in anyway that he could.  He had a loving and caring heart.  He was a life long fan of the Dallas Cowboys.  He loved to fish and always kept a big bright smile on his face.

Two brothers, Mark Edward Graham and Ronald Kirby Graham and two sisters, Marion Ann Harmon and Margaret Ann Graham preceded him to heaven.

Those who celebrate his life and cherish precious and loving memories include his wife of over 31 years, Ida Mae Graham;  his mother,  Willie Pearl Graham Gallman of the home; two daughters, Vivianlean Epps of Newberry, SC and Tankea Jeter of Columbia, SC; three sons, Elbert (Shandrea) Epps, Sumpter (Pamela) Cureton and Fredic Epps, all of Newberry, SC; one sister, Winderlyn Yvonne (Doug) Price; five brothers, Charles Bernard Graham, Joseph Lee Graham of the home, Ricky (Wonzetta) Gallman, Willie Marion Gallman, Jr. , all of Newberry, SC and Acie L. Sanders of Atlanta, Georgia; special nephew, Terrell (Rosa) Dawkins; special niece, Felicia Dawkins, both of Newberry, SC; 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; 5 nieces; a devoted cousin, Richard Cannon; 2 devoted friends, Francine Chalmers and Benjamin Knight; one goddaughter, Janiya Carwile, and a host of cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends and family at the home of his nephew, Terrell and Rosa Dawkins on 48 Player Street in Newberry, SC.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Werts Cemetery.  All in attendance, please wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.
