Funeral services for Mr. Sammie Wright, age 57, will be conducted on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Wright passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019.  Born in Newberry, South Carolina, he was the son of Mrs. Mary L. Wright and the late Mr. Willie Wright, Sr.

Surviving are his wife, Loraine Counts Wright; mother, Mrs. Mary L. Wright of Clinton, SC; daughter, Earlene Counts; sons, James Counts and Earl Counts all of Joanna, SC; sisters, Mary Williams of Newberry, SC; Shirley Riley of Los Angeles, CA; Helen Wilson (James) of Clinton, SC; Christine Wicker (Vernon) of Newberry, SC; brothers, Willie Wright (Imogene) of Pomaria, SC; Wilbert Wright of Clinton, SC; Danny Wright (Tanya) of Cross Hill, SC; Steve Wright of Clinton, SC; six aunts, four uncles, four brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
