Rupert Jabbar Moze

Funeral services for Mr. Rupert Jabbar "Big Daddy" Moze, age 44, will be conducted on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Old Beaverdam Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Moze passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Palmetto Health Baptist.  Born in Newberry County, he was the son of Deborah Moze-Ruff (Andrew) and the late James Brown.  He was reared in the home of his maternal grandparents Vivian G. Moze and the late Henry L. Moze.  He was a graduate of Newberry High School.

Surviving are his parents, Deborah and Andrew Ruff; fiancee, Casey Wallace; maternal grandmother, Vivian G. Moze; daughters, Alexus Johnique Dandy; son, Debarius Manquel Dandy both of Newberry, SC; sisters, Latasha S. Boyd, Alicia Cureton, Vivian M. Houston (Patrick), Tasha Baxter, Christal Moze, Jekayla Garmany, Germecia Cureton and Ebony Garmany; brothers, Tyrone Sims (Yolanda), Angelo Ruff and Ikeam Glasgow; granddaughter, Honesti A. Dandy; grandson, De'Marion M. Dandy; aunts, uncles, great aunts, nine nieces, eight nephews, two great-nephews, three sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law and close friends.
