William Carl Joiner, 62, of Newberry, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, March 11th, 2024. He was born on March 18th, 1961 in Newberry, South Carolina.
Mr. Joined attended Helena Community Outreach. He attended Newberry County Public Schools.
Mr. Joiner is preceded in death by his father, Bluford Joiner, and mother, Janie Mae Joiner; grandchild, Miracle Mayers; siblings, Luther Joiner, Sr., Eugene Joiner, Mark Joiner, and Janet Joiner Dowd; brother-in-law, Jerry Dowd.
Mr. Joiner is survived by his children, Imani Joiner, Carla T. Joiner, William Christian Joiner, Aaliyah B. Smith, Keira M. Frederick, and Ashanti B. Thomas; sister, Mary Joiner Gray (Earl); grandchildren, Kingston T. Jones, Israel N. Fleming, Jihad Werts, Mellanie Rose, Kailynn A. Joiner, Khaza Joiner, and Jaheim D. Worthy, Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 3:00 pm to honor the life of William Carl Joiner. Burial will follow in Love Chapel Holiness Church cemetery, 715 Duckett Street, Whitmire, SC. Public Viewing will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.
