Obituary
Mrs. Adeline Virginia Lindsay Hare was born in Newberry, South Carolina to the late George Lindsay, Sr. and the late Adeline Vance Lindsay. She passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023 at her home.
Mrs. Hare was predeceased by her husband Bobby Elbert Hare.
Mrs. Hare is survived by her daughters, Geraldine L. Hare and Teri R. Hare-Mason (Naima) both of Newberry, SC; one grandson, Tony Mason, one great-granddaughter, Aubrey Mason, a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah AME Church. Public viewing will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel. A mask or face covering is required to enter the funeral home.
