Richard Richshon Devell Sims-Eigner

Funeral services for Mr. Richard Richshon Devell Sims-Eigner, age 24, will be conducted on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Riverside Community Development Center, 404 N. Bouknight Ferry Road, Saluda, SC.

Mr. Sims passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015.  Born in Columbia, South Carolina, he was the son of Martha C. Abney and Darron L. Eigner, Sr..  He was a member of Wateree AME Church.  Mr. Sims was an Army veteran.

He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Johnny "Boo" and Annie Eigner; aunts, Mary C. Abney and Mattie L. Abney.

Surviving are his mother, Martha C. Abney; father, Darron L. (Christy) Eigner, Sr.; daughter, Teajiah "Ada" Lee of Johnston, SC; maternal grandparents, Betty Abney of Leesville, SC; Ray Abney of Saluda, SC; sisters, RichDajush Abney of Columbia, SC; Victoria Cromer of Newberry, SC; KeeShonna Ashford of Winnsboro, SC; Kirah Eigner of Newberry, SC; LaSasha Hiller of Prosperity, SC; brothers, Darron Eigner, Jr., Darius Williams and Tyler Carnes all of Newberry, SC; Jerlmin Burt, Brennen McGrath and Terrence Norris all of Saluda, SC; devoted aunt and uncle Arlene and Butler Cromer; seven aunts, five uncles and numerous cousins and friends.
