I want to say I'm so sorry to hear that you have lost your family member to the enemy death as mentioned in the Bible at 1 Corinthian 15:26 "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." The Bible also says in Isaiah 25:8 that He Jehovah (Creator) will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. The reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, For Jehovah himself has spoken it.
