Obituary

Ms. Wilma Ruth Holley-Metts was born September 15, 1950 in Newberry, South Carolina, to Ann Lee Toland Holley and the late Willie James Holley. She entered into Eternal Rest on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Lexington Medical Center.

Ms. Metts was a member of St. Paul A. M. E. Church.  She attended Gallman High School.

Ms. Metts is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Wicker (Freddie) of Gilbert, SC; Laurie Flemon (Derrick) of Pomaria, SC and Teresa Metts of Peak, SC; sister, Patricia Holley of Newberry, SC; brothers, Louis Holley (Ella) and Clifton Holley of Little Mountain, SC; ; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.  Burial will follow at Newberry Memorial Gardens.  Public viewing will be from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, April 29, 2022 at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.  A mask is required to enter the funeral home.
