Willie Pearl (Wright) Tobe

Mrs. Willie Pearl Tobe was born in Pomaria, South Carolina to the late Johnnie Wright and the late Blanche Salter Wright.  She entered into Eternal Rest on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

Mrs. Tobe was a member of New Enoree Baptist Church.  She attended Gallman High School.

Mrs. Tobe was predeceased by her husband, Johnnie Tobe; siblings, Johnny Wright, William Wright, Johnny Lee Wright, Calvin Wright, Willie Lee Wright, David Wright, Estelle McAdams, Daisey Tobias, Bessie Young, Lillie Earl Wright, Arie Suber and William Tobe; great-granddaughter, Jaycee Janae Wadsworth.

Mrs. Tobe is survived by her children, Phyllis Annette Wadsworth, Johnnie Wright and William Wright (Linda); sister, Hattie Bell Wright; eight grandchildren, Tomeka White, James Wadsworth, Christopher Sims, Corey Sims, Jaquan Wright, Jessica Wadsworth, Candace Wright and Jarvis Wadsworth; seventeen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; nephew reared in the home, James Tobe (Debra); sisters-in-law, Katherine Wright and Mary Lee Wright, devoted friend, Mary Ruff, son-in-law, James Wadsworth; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm at New Enoree Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Public viewing will be on Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.
