Obituary
Ms. Rosemary Newman was born in Newberry, South Carolina to the late Crozie Newman Davenport and the late Furman Davenport. She passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at J. F. Hawkins Nursing Home.
Ms. Newman was predeceased by a son, Claude Eugene Gray, brother, Ernest Glasgow.
Ms. Newman is survived by a step-son, Timothy Gray of Washington, DC, cousin, William "Al" Moseley of Newberry, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 12:00 pm at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Newberry Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.
