Went to school with some of the Herberts and am so sorry to hear of the death of your dear brother, husband, father, uncle. We look forward to the time described at Revelation 21:4: "And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Since death and pain have never existed in heaven this promise must apply to life on earth. How good it will be to live on a paradise earth with no more sickness and death. We pray that your family's hearts and minds may be comforted as your grieve the loss of your dear loved one.
