Ms. Patricia Ann Lindsey Williams, age 70, affectionately known as "PAT", was born August 2, 1951 in Newberry, South Carolina to the late Jim Suber and the late Dorothy Louise Lindsay. She passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Lexington Medical Center.
Mrs. Williams was predeceased by siblings, Willie B. Lindsay and Gwendolyn Lyles, aunts and uncles, Willie Lindsay, McAuthor Lindsay, Laura Mae Smith, Ollie Mae Ellison, Rebecca Rollins and Peggy Wade.
Mrs. Williams was a dedicated home health care worker known throughout her neighborhood as "Queen B." She was an outspoken, down to earth, with a heart of gold. She enjoyed having fun with her friends and family. She especially loved sitting in her yard.
Those left to cherish her memory include her only child, Jermaine Lindsay, Sr. of Charleston, SC, brother, Rickey Lindsay of Newberry, SC, eight grandchildren including a devoted granddaughter Brandi Lindsay of Newberry, SC, Jermaine Lindsay, Jr., Tiffany Sheppard (Ashley), Tarakus Coleman, Markevis Wise, Jeremiah Lindsay, Taylor Lindsay and Javion Lindsay, nine great-grandchildren, devoted uncle, Jimmy Lindsay (Mamie) of Newberry, SC, devoted significant other James Maybin of the home, devoted nephew Kenny Lindsay (Rhonda), devoted cousin, Lorenzo Ellison, devoted neighbors, Sallie, Dee Dee, Veronica, Pat and Tonya, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Werts Cemetery. All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.
