Mr. Keith Levar Joiner, known as "Gank" by his family and friends, was born in Newberry, South Carolina to Wendy A. Joiner and David R. Lyles. He passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023.
Mr. Joiner attended Newberry County Public Schools and was employed at Komatsu American Cooperation.
Mr. Joiner is survived by his mother, Wendy A Joiner, father, David R Lyles, grandparents, Mary and Earl Gray, Carrie Lyles; children, Keith Joiner Jr., Lezarian Wright, Keairra Joiner, Sania Joiner; sister, Letrail Joiner, brothers, Rufus Joiner, Brandon Joiner, David Praylow (Gabbie), Paroulo Praylow, Lavar Johnson, grandchildren, Deiani Joiner, Ayden Boulware, Keiyon Gladney; best friend, Damien Douglas (Takeela), devoted cousin, Michelle Maybin; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.
