Mr. Joseph Lee Graham affectionately known as "Graham Boy" of 2323 Holloway Street, Newberry, South Carolina, entered into Eternal Rest on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Prisma Health Heart Hospital. He was born in Newberry, South Carolina on November 4, 1962 to Willie Pearl Graham Gallman and the late Leroy Calmese.
He was educated in the Newberry County Public School System. He worked for Randy Griffin for many years. If you needed yard work or any heavy lifting he was the guy to go to. Mr. Graham was very outgoing and had a way to make anyone laugh. He was very caring and loved to work for people in the community. He also enjoyed spending time with his great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Graham was predeceased by brothers, Ronald Kirby Graham, Mark Edward Graham, Brian Keith Graham and Bobby Hawkins; sisters, Margaret Ann Graham, Sarah Mae Hawkins Marshall and Ella Hawkins.
Those who celebrate his life and cherish precious and loving memories include his mother, Willie Pearl Graham Gallman; brother, Charles Bernard Graham both of the home; two nephews, Terrell (Rosa) Dawkins and James (Lorraine) Terez "Moonie" Marshall; three nieces, Felicia Yolanda Dawkins, Misty Marshall and Taneka Marshall; five great-nephews, Ezequiel Dawkins-Flores, Giambattista Dawkins-Flores, Cayden Dawkins-Chaplin, Terez Marshall and Tramont Wright; nine great-nieces, Janelle Dawkins-Chaplin, Valentina Dawkins-Flores, Teyonna Marshall, Mackera Marshall, Isis Marshall, Nadia Marshall, Casara Marshall, Yasmin Marshall and a host of cousins and friends.
Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 11:00 am at Werts Cemetery. Public viewing will be on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel. A mask is required to enter the funeral home.
