James Robert Longshore
Obituary
Mr. James Robert Longshore was born in Newberry, South Carolina on December 29, 1948, and raised by the late Mattie Lou Longshore. He passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at White Oak Manor-Newberry.
Mr. Longshore was a graduate of Gallman High School and a United States Army veteran.
Mr. Longshore is survived by a son, Darryl McNeil (Diane) of Greensboro, NC; daughter, Debrincia J. Scarborough of Vandenberg Air Force Base in Lompoc, CA; brother, Jimmy Longshore, Detroit, MI; grandsons, Darryl McNeil, Jr. and Daniel (Xiomara) all of Greensboro, NC ; four wonderful great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
