Obituary
Mr. Gregory Craig Wadsworth was born in Newberry, South Carolina to Barbara Ann Wadsworth and Raymond Boozer. He entered into Eternal Rest on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital after injuries from a bicycle accident.
Mr. Wadsworth was a member of St. James AME Church and attended Newberry County Public Schools.
Mr. Wadsworth was predeceased by his brother, Maurice Wadsworth.
Mr. Wadsworth is survived by his loving mother, Barbara Ann Wadsworth of Newberry, SC; father, Raymond Boozer of North Carolina; sisters, Cynthia Miller (Johnny) of Prosperity, SC and Greta Copeland of Pomaria, SC; brother, Robert Wadsworth (Malaria) of Pomaria, SC; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Burial will follow at St. James AME Church. Public viewing will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.
