Ethel (Brown) Holley

Mrs. Ethel Brown Holley passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Holley was born in Newberry, South Carolina on July 3, 1973 to Thomasina Brown.  She was a graduate of Newberry High School and Piedmont Technical College.  She was employed with the SC Department of Transportation.

Surviving are her husband, James Holley; son, Dez'mond Holley; mother, Thomasina Brown; sisters, Lucille B. Mitchell (Jimmie), Annette Cook (Larry) and Linda Young (Heck) all of Newberry, SC; Shirlean Brown of New York; brother, Willie B. Brown of North Carolina; mother-in-law, Patricia Holley of Newberry, SC; sister-in-law, Tina Holley; brother-in-law, Kelvin Holley; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM Newberry Memorial Gardens.  All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.  There will be no viewing for Mrs. Holley.
