Edward Blair

Mr. Edward Blair, age 64, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

Mr. Blair was born in Newberry, South Carolina to Thomas Blair and the late Helen Savage Blair.  He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.  He graduated from Newberry High School.

Surviving are his father, Thomas Blair; devoted companion, Janie Mae Ruff, daughters, Kisa Ruff, Makeia Thompson and Tammy Ruff all of Newberry, SC; Wanda Suber of Atlanta, GA; son, Christopher Ruff (Jamesina) of Newberry, SC; one sister, Mildred Blair of Newberry, SC; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one uncle, other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Fellowship Baptist Church.  All in attended are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.  Viewing will be on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.
