We, The Dobbs Family in Pennsylvania want to send our deepest condolence to the Williams Family. He was a good Brother-in-law and a great Uncle. On a personal note, I always felt protected when I visited him and Aunt Betty. They took good care of me. We love you Williams Children and please know that you are in our hearts and prayers.
