Dwain L. Elkins

Mr. Dwain L. Elkins passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

He was born in Newberry County to Patsy Elkins Ruff and the late Robert Lee Ruff.  He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Annajetta Elkins; mother, Patsy Elkins Ruff; sons, Ja'Darius, Xavious and A'Javiaun Robinson; sister, Robin Ruff; brothers, Brandon Ruff, Goldie Dean and Kingsley Cromer; other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
