Ms. Connie L. Wise was born February 4, 1961 in Richland County to the late J. D. Stroy and the late Henrietta Stevens. She passed away on December 12, 2021 at Pruitt Health-Columbia.

She is survived by sisters, Cynthia Stevens and Carla D. Stevens; brothers, Anthony Stevens, Warren M. Stevens and Eric L. Stevens; a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
