Mrs. Carmen N. Ruiz-Hernandez passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

Mrs. Ruiz-Hernandez will be in the Shrine on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM followed by a Graveside Service at 11:00 AM at St. Mark's Catholic Church. All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.
