Mr. Brendon Gray was born in Greenwood, South Carolina to MarQuesia Abney and Olin Gray, Jr. He passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023.
He attended Mid-Carolina High School and was employed with Wise's Bar-B-Q.
Mr. Gray was predeceased by his grandparents, Brenda Koon, Margaret Goree, James H. Abney and George Wallace; aunt, Talican Gray, two uncles, Sammie Padgett and Quinton Gray.
Mr. Gray is survived by his mother, MarQuesia Abney; father, Olin Gray, Jr.; sisters, Sheraton Abney, Chante'Gary, Olivia Wicker, Jamarian Abney and Devon Hunter; brothers, Kaderius Gray (Tamaydie Gray-Lopez), Jamorian Abney, Brenton Gray (his twin), Ashton Gray and Amir Gray; grandmother, Mary Wallace of the home; grandfather, Olin Gray, Sr.; great-grandmother, Vera Gallmon; five aunts, two uncles, eleven great-aunts, four great-uncles; devoted friend, Madison Clayton, numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Newberry Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be on Monday, October 23, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.
