Betty Boozer

Mrs. Betty Jones Boozer was born August 19, 1939 in Silverstreet, South Carolina to the late Inez and Eugene Graham.  She passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Columbia Hospice House.

Mrs. Boozer was a member of Lower Mt. Olive A. M. E. Church and retired from Georgia Pacific after 15 years of employment.

She was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Graham, brothers, Wardell Graham, Julius Graham, James Albert Graham and Billy Ralph Graham.

Those left to cherish her life and cherish precious memories include her daughter, Ivy (Calvin) Vance, sons, Olin Boozer, Jr., Gregory Boozer and Clayton Boozer, five granddaughters, Ayesha Boozer, Anishia Boozer, Latisha Boozer-Gray (Tony), Sophia Harrison and Keyoria Harrison, seven great-grandchildren, Alaysa, Ahmari, Keysiya, Nyzir, Cashe, Major and Skylar, three brothers, Daniel Graham (Flora), Christopher Graham and Larry Graham, a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Lower Mt. Olive A. M. E. Church.  All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.  Viewing will be on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fred B. Pratt Memorial Chapel.
