Annie Belle Gary

Ms. Annie Belle Gary, age 82, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020 at her home.

Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Gary and the late Bessie Burton Gary.  She was a dedicated member of Bush River Baptist Church where she was a member and treasurer of the Senior Choir and an Usher.  She was also a member of Women's Home Aide Society #38.

Ms. Gary was predeceased by a daughter, Rebecca Gary-Suber; sister, Ethel Mae Gary, brother Willie B. Gary.

Surviving are daughters, Delores Jackson of Irmo, SC; Sarah Yvonne Gary and Jennifer Denise Gary both of Newberry, SC; son, Randy Ellis Gary of Clinton, SC; sister, Lillie Belle Gary-Green of Hartford, CT; half brothers, Billy Jones of Newberry, SC and Raymond Jones of Colorado; thirteen grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, devoted friend, Laura Mae Kinard; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Werts Cemetery.  All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.  Public viewing will be from 5-7 on Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
