Walter Ruff

Funeral services for Mr. Walter Ruff, age 65, will be conducted on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Metropolitan Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Ruff passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018.  Born in Newberry County, he was the son of Lillian Crooks Ruff and the late David Ruff, Jr.  He was a former employee of Whitaker Floor Coverings.

Surviving are his mother, Lillian C. Ruff of Newberry, SC; daughters, Shante' Carter of High Point, NC; Latesha Walker of Newberry, SC; sisters, Debra Booker and Gwendolyn Hutcherson; brother, David Lewis Ruff all of Newberry, SC; God-daughter, Cameshia Stephens; ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one uncle, one sister-in-law, two brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends.
