Funeral services for Mr. Tony Lindsay Sanders, age 63, will be conducted on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Sanders passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018. Born in Newberry County, he was the son of the late Thomas Whitener and the late Maudie Suber Sanders Cooper.  Mr. Sanders was employed with Cannon & Graves Auto.  He attended Newberry County Public Schools.

Mr. Sanders was predeceased by his grandmother, Louise Sanders and one uncle, William C. Sanders; father-in-law, Bobby Caughman.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Sanders; daughter, Shawndrea Caldwell; son, Kavian "Terry" Sanders; sisters, Anita Nance and Phyllis Nance both of Newberry, SC; Tracey (Harvey) Solomon of Sumter, SC; brothers, Willie (Bernardette) Nance of Bridgeport, CT; Cal Vance of Newberry, SC; Joe (Julia) Singleton of Newberry, SC; three uncles, Richard E. Sanders and David Lee Sanders both of Newberry, SC; John Edward (Geraldine) Sanders of Washington, DC; one aunt, Minnie Suber of Newberry, SC; sisters-in-law, Tracy C. Houston and Pam Caughman; brother-in-law, Williams Pitts all of Newberry, SC; mother-in-law, Elmira Caughman; six nieces, eight nephews, six great-nieces, five great-nephews; a host of cousins and friends.
