Terry Henry Hare

Funeral services for Mr. Terry Henry Hare, age 53, will be conducted on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Moriah AME Church.  Burial will be Monday, October 10, 2016 at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery at 9:30 AM.

 Mr. Hare passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his home.  Born in Prosperity, South Carolina, he was the son of the late John H. Hare and the late Mattie Lou Dewalt Hare.  He attended Mt. Moriah AME Church.  Mr. Hare was a Navy veteran.

Mr. Hare was predeceased by a sister, Ethel Lee Bullard.

Surviving are his daughter, Tenesha Hare; son, Desmond Hare both of Irmo, SC; sisters, Jessie Mae Wise of Prosperity, SC; Naine J. Watson, Mattie Flemon (Jimmy) and Eldrina Hare (Clarence) all of Linden, NJ; Lucinda Hare of Prosperity, SC; Alberta Hare (Mac) of Roselle, NJ; twin grandchildren Kainen and Skylar Boyd; aunts, Verdra Mae Hare and Vivian Hare both of Prosperity, SC; Mary Willis of Washington, DC; uncles, James Hare of Prosperity, SC; Freddy Lee Bowers of Washington, DC; close friends, James Dewalt, James Mayers, Frank Gallman, Marvin Gallman and Barry Gallman; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
