Mildred C. Henderson

Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred C. Henderson, will be conducted on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Fairview Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Fairview Baptist Church cemetery.

Mrs. Mildred C. Henderson passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at her home, Born in Newberry, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Elliott Caldwell and the late Whittie Goree Caldwell. 

Mrs. Henderson was a faithful member of Fairview Baptist Church where she served on the Senior Choir, Sunday School teacher and past Superintendent of Sunday School.  Mrs. Henderson was a graduate of Drayton High School and Benedict College.  She was a Teacher in the Newberry County School District for many years.

Surviving are her children, Debra Henderson Brandon of Newberry, SC; Vandora Vanessa Henderson of Asheville, NC; Nesby Eugene Henderson of Beaufort, SC; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one daughter-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
