Jeffrey Evans Lark, Sr.

Funeral services for Mr. Jeffrey Evans Lark, Sr., age 62, will be conducted on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 12:30 PM at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Werts Cemetery.  Viewing will be Saturday from 11-12.

Mr. Lark passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016.  Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Joseph Lark, Sr. and the late Lois Ivey.

Mr. Lark was predeceased by a sister, Cheryl Smith; brothers, Leon Ivey, Larry Ivey, Phillip Ivey, Joseph Lark, Jr. and Gregory Lark.

Surviving are his fiancé' Amber Puckett; sons,  Evan Lark, Jeffery Lark, Jr., and Jacob Lark; daughter, Lois Brittany Lark;  brothers, Keith Ivey, Morris Lark (Carol), Jerome Lark (Edna), Brent Lark, and Craig Lark,; sisters-in-law, Barbara, Paige and  Midge Ivey; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
