Hattie Mae Wright

Funeral services for Mrs. Hattie Mae Williams Wright, age 61, will be conducted on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Glory Tabernacle Church.  Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Wright passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Lexington Medical Center.  Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of Lillie Mae Tribble and the late Willie Marshall. She shared matrimony with James Willie Wright Sr. for fourteen years. 

Mrs. Wright was predeceased by a son, Travis L. Wright.

Surviving are her mother, Lillie Mae Tribble; daughters, Jennifer Williams of Chapin, SC; Cecelia Wright of Newberry, SC; sons, Anthony Wright (Marilyn) of Newberry, SC; James Wright, Jr. of El Paso, TX; sisters, Marcia Lee Kinard of Newberry, SC; Maxine Chattman of Virginia; Nancy Tribble and Dianne Goodman of Clinton, SC; brothers, Wayne Williams, Theodore Tribble, Larry Tribble and Tony Blue Tribble all of Newberry, SC; 24 grandchildren,  one aunt, three uncles, devoted friends, Shanda Agnew, Laketha Pace, Tawanna Whitener and LaShika Williams, other relatives and friends.
