George Gallman

Funeral services for Mr. George Gallman will be conducted on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Lever Chapel AME Church in Prosperity, SC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Gallman passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at his home.  Born in Newberry County, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Brady Gallman and the late Lucille Shealy Gallman.  He was a member Lever Chapel AME Church.  He retired as a logger.

Mr. Gallman was predeceased by a son, Patrick Odell Gallman; brothers, Julius Gallman, Brady Gallman, Jr., Thomas Gallman, Frank Gallman; sisters, Inez Gallman, Lila Mae Gallman, Nora Mack, Dottie Lue Wise, Annie Dominick, Mamie Matthew and Ineather Wise.

Surviving are his wife, Sadie Kinsler Gallman; daughters, Stacey Gallman, Joyce Gallman and Vickie Gallman; sister, Virginia Gallman all of Prosperity, SC; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two God children, Rickey Kinsler and Kalkita Kinsler; a number of nieces and nephews including four devoted nephews, Willie Fred Gallman, James E. Gallman, Thomas and Kentrell Cannon; devoted friend (his "lil duck") Charles Davenport; six sisters-in-law, six brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends.
