Frederick Glass

Funeral services for Mr. Frederick Glass, age 59, will be conducted on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens.  Viewing will be one hour before the service.

Mr. Glass passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016.  Born in Newberry, South Carolina, he was the son of Virginia C. Glass and the late Fred (Gravy Train) Hubert Glass.  He was a graduate of Newberry High School and Piedmont Technical College.  Mr. Glass was a retired Electrician and served many years in the S. C. National Guard.

Surviving are his mother, Virginia C. Glass, brother, Demetrius D. Glass both of Harrisburg, PA; three aunts, one uncle, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Willie Margaret Chaplin, 813 Hunt Street, Newberry, SC
