In loving memory of my brother, James Odell Davis, I will always cherish your walk of faith and the gift of song you poured out to minister to others. You would sing “Tell mother I’ll be there” and this soon became a crowd favorite and our mother’s favorite song to hear you sing. Now that you have transitioned, I know our Mother is welcoming you with open arms. Rest well my brother till we meet again.
Love,
Betty Jo

Deepest Sympathy is extended to the family of Deacon James Odell Davis. Hope you find comfort in the reality that Jesus is alive and at work in the world today - and in you. Through your heartache and pain, Christ will walk with you in your tunnel of grief. May you always treasure precious memories.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord the righteous judge, shall give me at that day; and not to me only, but unto all them that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4: 7-8

Just as lovingly s God has called your loved one home, he is drawing near to you now; with comfort, with peace, with hope. Thinking of you and asking God to surround you with his perfect peace and love.

Uncle Sunny you were the epitome of Psalm 150:6, “let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” I remember your voice filling the church sanctuary and leading the body of Christ in praise. You now sing in the heavens before God. Rest In Peace Uncle Sunny❤️
