Bobbie Jo Lindsay

Funeral services for Mrs. Bobbie Jo Lindsay will be Wednesday, December 19, 2018 2:00 P.M. Bethlehem Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Werts Cemetery.

Bobbie was the daughter of the late Mrs. Annie Laura Kirkland and the late Baxter Cooper. She was born September 3, 1954, in Newberry, South Carolina. She departed this earthly life and entered into Eternal Rest on Thursday, December 13, 2018.

Bobbie was a former employee of Louis Rich.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Annie Mae Hutcherson and Mrs. Mattie Eigner; and two brothers, Floyd Cooper and Odell Cooper.

Those who celebrate her life and cherish precious and loving memories include her loving husband of over forty years, Mr. Harry Lindsay; one son, Mr. Mitchell Cooper (Erica); two grandchildren, Tameka Cooper and Keshawn Cooper; sisters, Phyllis Glenn, Ruth Free and Alice Lyles; brothers, Raymond Cooper and Oneal Cooper; step-sisters, Mary Mathis and Ruth Sparks of Ohio, and Vera Wicker of Newberry, SC; step-brother, Tommy Lee Kirkland of Newberry, SC; eleven devoted brothers-in-law; four devoted sisters-in-law; devoted friend, Anna Margaret Chaplin of Newberry, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
