Berley G Dowd

Funeral services for Mr. Berley G. Dowd, age 75, will be conducted on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Dowd passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Palmetto Health Baptist Parkridge.  Born in Newberry County, he was the son of the late Berley Milton Dowd and the late Mildred Baker Dowd.  He attended St. Paul Lutheran Church and attended Newberry County Public schools.

Mr. Dowd was predeceased by his wife, Janet S. Dowd.

Surviving are a daughter, Keri Dowd-Pubh (DeAngelo) of Irmo, SC; son, Berley G. Dowd of West Columbia, SC; sisters, Judy Driggers of West Columbia, SC; Peggy Landers of Clinton, SC; brothers, Danny Dowd of Prosperity, SC; Calvin Dowd of Summitt, SC; five grandchildren, Kaela Dowd, Kaitlyn Dowd, Xavier Dowd, Dana Dowd and DeAngelo Pugh, other relatives and friends.
