Ray Glasgo

Funeral services for Mr. Ray Glasgo will be conducted on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Mt. Moriah AME Church. Mr. Glasgo passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Newberry County Memorial Hospital. Born in Prosperity, South Carolina, he was the son of the late J. W. (Bully) Pitts and the late Bernice Morris Glasgow. He was a member of Mt. Moriah AME Church and a Korean War veteran. Mr. Glasgo was predeceased by his wife, Mae Frances Glasgo; children, Mary Ann Pitts and Eric Wallace; brother, Wilbur Glasgo. Surviving are children, Carolyn Redmond of Washington, DC; Martha Ann Dozier of Batesburg, SC; Renate Wallace of Prosperity, SC; Linda Mungen Bey of Union, NJ; Patrice Wallace of Montclair, NJ; Vernon Pitts of Whitmire, SC; sister, Florence Stoudemire of Prosperity, SC; ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, three aunts, four uncles, one daughter-in-law
