Mary Annie Jessie

Funeral services for Ms. Mary Annie Jessie, age 66, will be conducted on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Old Beaver Dam Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Ms. Jessie passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC.  Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Mack and the late Mattie Lee Jessie.  She was a member of Old Beaverdam Baptist Church.

Ms. Jessie was predeceased by a son, Michael A. Jessie; three brothers, Ervin Jessie, Perry L. Jessie and George E. Jessie.

Surviving are her children, Teresa Jessie of Newberry, SC, Terry T. Jessie of Joanna, SC, and Valarie A. Jessie-Henry both of Newberry, SC; sister, Daisy Lee Jessie of Kinards, SC; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
