Funeral services for Ms. Lorine Dewelt will be conducted on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah AME Church cemetery.

Mrs. Dewelt passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015 at J. F. Hawkins Nursing Home.  Born in Prosperity, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late David Lee Dewelt and Novie L. Pitts Dewelt and Keister Gallman. She was an affiliate member of Mt. Moriah AME Church.

Ms. Dewelt was predeceased by her husband, Robert Anderson.

Surviving are one son, Anthony Dewelt  and devoted daughter-in-law Betty of Prosperity, SC; step-daughters, Renee Anderson Daniels (Rodney); Sylvia Anderson; step-son, Tony Anderson (Michelle);five sisters, Dorothy Long (JT), Mary Wallace (George), Mary Gilliam (Joseph), Linda Robinson and Sheree Camack; nine brothers, Jimmy Lee, Henry, Moses (Dorothy), Raymond, Evans, Benjamin, James, Jerry and Ashley Gallman; aunt, Verda Mae Hair; thirteen grandchildren including Kayla and Nicole Dewelt of the home and Tremetrius Oxner; four great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including devoted cousin Sarah Green.
