Jessie Mae Sanders

Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Mae Sanders, age 86, will be conducted on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Bush River Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Sanders passed away on Monday, November 2, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.  Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of the late Hattie Pearl Young Black.  She was a member of Bush River Baptist Church where she was a member of the Senior Choir and also a member of Women's Home Aid Society #18.

Mrs. Sanders was predeceased by a son, Jesse Sanders and a daughter, Deborah Sanders.

Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn Sanders of Newberry, SC; Sharon Harper of Laurens, SC; four grandchildren, including Terrence Sanders and Jarvis Sanders who were reared in the home; daughter-in-law, Sheila Sanders, son-in-law, Julian Harper; other relatives and friends.
