Helen Louise (Savage) Blair

Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Louise Savage Blair, age 78, will be conducted on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Fellowship Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Blair passed away on Friday, June 5, 2015.  Born in Union County, she was the daughter of the late Lena Savage.  Mrs. Blair was a faithful member of Fellowship Baptist Church where she was a member of the Senior Choir, an Usher and Mother Board.  She was a former member of the Faithful Workers and also a member of Women's Home Aide Society #10 and Home Benefit.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas Blair; daughter, Mildred Blair and son, Edward Blair (Janie Mae) all of Newberry, SC; six grandchildren and number of great-grandchildren, devoted cousin Wilbur Savage (Eleanor) of Winnsboro, SC; two brothers-in-law, John Blair of Newberry, SC; J. B. Blair of Newport News, VA; other family members and friends.
