Freddie Maybin

Funeral services for Mr. Freddie "Sonny" Maybin, age 77, will be conducted on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM at New Enoree Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Maybin passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017 at White Oak Manor in Newberry.  Born in Newberry County, he was the son of the late Eugene  and Carrie Mae Wilson Maybin.  He was a member of New Enoree Bapstist Church.  Mr. Maybin was employed with Maybin Logging and retired from Clyde Brown Logging.

Mr. Maybin was predeceased by siblings, Tommie Lee Maybin, Willie Maybin, Ellen Singleton, Andrew Maybin, Jay P. Maybin and Ray Maybin.

Surviving are two sisters, Julia Nelson and Magnolia Maybin; brothers, Joe (Donna) Maybin; Robert Maybin, James (Johnnie) Maybin all of Newberry, SC; devoted friend, Ruby Pullman; sisters-in-law, Lillia Maybin and Jessie Maybin; nieces, nephews and friends.
