Ethelyn Francine (Young) Gallman

Funeral services for Mrs. Ethelyn Young "Frankie" Gallman, age 52, will be conducted on Monday, June 22, 2015, at 1:00 PM at Shiloh AME Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Gallman passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.  Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of the late Willie Franklin Young and the late Ethel Louise Dewalt Young.  She was a member of Shiloh AME Church where she served as a Steward and Class Leader and a member of the Lay Organization.  Mrs. Gallman was also a member of AKA Sorority, Inc.  She was graduate of Newberry High School and S. C. State University.

Surviving are her husband, James Gallman, Sr.; daughter, Jameisha Gallman of Newberry, SC; sons, James Gallman, Jr. of Lexington, NC; Javariel Maybin of Newberry, SC; sister, Constance Shannon (Larry) of Newberry, SC; brother, Michael Young of Jacksonville, FL; three grandchildren, Cameron, Jayce and Jordynn; niece, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home, 173 Wren Road, Newberry, SC.
