Dear Family, please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. May you think of the many beautiful memories that Mrs. Dorothy left to cherish. May the God of all comfort caress your hearts with his loving promise to reunite you together again in the future Paradise when he will bring an end to sickness, pain and even death. (Revelation 21:4, 5) We will keep you in our prayers. (Acts 24:15) God knows the many tears that you cry.

Dear Denise,
Thank you very much for your words of encouragement. Dot was much Aunt and my Dad, Robert Stewart is heartbroken at the loss of his sister - however, he is at peace. We all spent the weekend cleaning, reminiscing, laughing and recognizing how many lives she touched. She will remain in our hearts forever!
Thanks again
Sincerely,
The Stewart Family

When I had went through a difficult period in my life, I had a job working with Miss Dot at McKechnie in the early 90's. She always would give me a word of encouragement and that went a long way in helping me get my life back together. I will never forget her kindness to me. It was a big factor in me pursing my dream of coaching which I do today. My heartfelt sympathies to the Family.

To the Family ,
I would like to express how sorry to hear of your loss. I recently lost my father. The pain of losing a loved one is a pain that seemingly never goes away. However, the pain can lessen when we think of what God has promised to do for us.
At 2 Cor 1:3,4 the Bible states: "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God."
What comfort does he provide us? First of all, at 1 Cor 15:26 it says: "The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death." So God views death as an enemy and will eventually remove death.
Secondly, Jesus gave us hope when at John 11:25 he said: "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:" So there is a chance to see our loved ones again under better conditions.
This comfort from the Bible has helped me in dealing with the loss of my father and I hope it will help your family to some degree with your loss.
